RYT-500 Yoga Instructor | Breath-Focused Movement Facilitator

Wendy’s journey into yoga began over a decade ago, driven by a personal desire to find inner peace and live pain-free. With a deep passion for health and wellness, yoga quickly became a daily practice and a transformative part of her life.


Wendy is a RYT-500 Certified Yoga Instructor with advanced certifications in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga. Her teaching style emphasizes the breath as a guide, allowing the body to gently and mindfully transition from one asana to the next.


Outside the studio, Wendy teaches elementary physical education during the school year and enjoys reading, beach vacations in the summer, and skiing during the winter. Her calm presence and thoughtful instruction invite students of all levels to experience yoga as a powerful tool for healing, balance, and lifelong wellness.
