may arise from the use of our services.

2. Gift Cards

- Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used towards any services,

memberships, or packages offered at AWAKE Spa.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

3. Medical Clearance

- Clients are strongly advised to consult with their medical doctor if there

are any concerns or questions about potential contraindications to our

services.

- AWAKE Spa is not responsible for any adverse effects that may occur as a

result of pre-existing medical conditions.

4. Booking and Cancellations

- Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

- Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

5. Liability Waiver

- By purchasing any service, membership, or package, clients acknowledge

that they are participating in services at their own risk.

- AWAKE Spa and its employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage

that may occur during the use of our services. Refund Policy
